We are currently experiencing some routing issues. We are escalating this to our upstream providers.

UPDATE: the datacenter staff report they are unable to replicate. And that the packet loss is way beyond their reach.  Some customer are reporting improvements.  We will continue to monitor this issue.

Update Tue, 25 Apr 2017 19:55 PM UTC: Level3 reports there was a known issue. Their RFO summary is below. We have not seen any issues for over 24 hours. If you are seeing anything please open a support ticket.

"Reason for Outage (RFO) Summary: The IP NOC clarified this outage was not caused by a configuration error. The link was determined to be taking heavy errors, but the root cause is currently unknown. The IP NOC removed services from the link for stability. The equipment vendor has been engaged to assist with further investigation into the root cause. Additional action will be taken as deemed necessary and available to prevent future issues."
