host73.rimuhosting.com is not responding normally.  We are investigating and may have it restarted.

There are issues after the restart.  VPSs currently down.  Investigating.  Will post further updates here shortly.

Update @2307 UTC: looks like one or more disks or the server have failed.  Raid array broken, remaining disk in raid array is giving errors.  We will prep up a new host server with new disks (1-2 hours).  Then copy the data off of the raid array or from the separate backup disk to the new server (1-4 hours).

Update @0200 UTC: the new host server (host352) is prepped up.  We have grabbed the backup disk from the host73.  We are currently routing the IPs to the new server and then will copy the data off the backup disk and restart the VPSs.

Update: VPSs all back up and pinging.  Affected customers followed up with via email.
