And I've got to say, a lot of companies have quotes from satisfied customers on their website, and they don't live up to them. You guys have definitely lived up to yours. Consider me a satisfied customer already.

Affected Data CenterDallas (TX)

Update @Thur the following week: Added another couple of links between our core and aggregation equipment (last week).  Network monitoring shows that the network is now performing a lot better.  Less packet loss, more bandwidth, faster downloads, more consistent download speeds.  Please let us know if you are seeing any networking issues.  Marking this one as resolved.

Update @Fri 2018 UTC: The extra uplink (total 2 x new links in the last two days) has been added added to our routing mix.

Update @Thu 0138 UTC: An extra uplink has been added and this has increased our capacity.  We are also looking at getting another uplink.

Update @Wed 0540 UTC: Our core networking uplinks are operating at near capacity.  This is likely the cause of some the issues we have seen reported.

We are working on an upgrade to add extra capacity (adding extra uplinks).  Please bear with us while that is implemented (if all goes well we expect that to be completed in the next 24 hours).

Update 00:25 UTC: Our datacenter has reported they are unable to find any issues with the upstreams at present.

We had a number of reports regarding packet loss at our Dallas datacenter.  We are investigating to find out what the issue is/was.
