Host where the staff takes pride in making customers happy

As usual, i am incredibly pleased with your service. I think this bears repeating, so, at the risk of being repetitive -- you guys really do a great job. I am consistently impressed with your great service, good product, and just plain common sense. I hope the business is going well; you deserve it.

Affected Data CenterAuckland

Mon, 17 Feb 2020 02:35 AM UTC: A router in LA failed, causing a link to both our NZ and some Australian networks to stop responding to traffic from some international locations. This repaired itself automatically, and connectivity was restored. Some IPs for Sydney servers were found to be advertised only on the failed link, redundancy for those was updated quickly and normal traffic flow resumed.

Mon, 17 Feb 2020 01:52 AM UTC: A small number of routes did not failover correctly. That has been resolved and full service is restored.

Mon, 17 Feb 2020 01:36 AM UTC: Most traffic appears to have moved to a new path and connectivity is working again. With the exception of a few devices. We are still investigating.

We are tracking a issue affecting international connectivity to Auckland servers. We will provide updates here.
