Update @2317 UTC/1218 NZT: Data center were doing UPS maintenance. A contractor activated the wrong bypass switch. Resulting in loss of power. Single PSU servers may have been affected. Dual PSU servers should have been fine. Servers are restarting now and VMs are starting up. If you still see issues after 40 minutes please pop in a ticket.
