Thu, 29 Oct 2020 19:50 PM UTC: This was caused by a route that was incorrectly added during maintenance the night before. Once the issue was found and the route removed traffic resumed as normal. The following subnets are known to be affected: 72.249.36.0/24 72.249.37.0/24 72.249.38.0/24 72.249.39.0/24 Thu, 29 Oct 2020 01:22 AM UTC: The route issue only affects some traffic sources. Our upstream has acknowledged the issue, we are currently waiting for a further update. We are tracking an issue with our monitoring in Dallas, and a related route issue affecting a small number of IPV4 addresses. Working with our upstream to understand the issue better. #
