Australia-based Server Plans
RimuHosting provide a few different server types from the Australian data centers we use.
Shared VPS
We can provide a VPS with 100-450MB of memory. You can order those from our regular ordering system.
This server comes with 6GB of data transfer allowance. The VPS shares a physical server with up to 30 other users.
Pricing (approx): $AU65.95/month and $AU10 setup.
8 CPU Core Xeon Dedicated Server
Get your own high end dedicated server with two E5410 2.3Ghz Quad Core Xeon processors (the current price/performance sweetspot); 4GB of memory; 2x80GB disks; 25GB of data transfer allowance.
We can modify memory and disk on this server, just let us know what you need.

Extra Data Transfer Pricing
On the semi dedicated and dedicated servers we can provide extra data transfer allowances. $AU5/GB when billed in arrears. Or $US2/GB when billed in advance. Contact us for special pricing if you need more than 100GB of data transfer allowance per month.
All data transfer usage is billed as in plus out. i.e. total traffic used.
Ordering

We have just introduced the Semi-Dedicated and Dedicated server plans. We do not yet have 'proper' ordering pages for them.
To order the Semi-Dedicated and Dedicated Servers just pop in an order for any server spec on our site and mention the actual spec you need. We will then confirm pricing and proceed with the order for you.
Australia-based Data Centers
The Shared VPS server is located in the Global Switch data center in Sydney.
Global Switch is running very low on power and we are not able to easily host our higher end, powerful (and power hungry) servers there.
So the Semi-Dedicated and Dedicated servers are provided from the Ipera data center in Newcastle (about 90 minutes north of Sydney by car and a negligible 4ms network 'ping' away).
