Host where the staff takes pride in making customers happy

This just to let you know that everything seems great in my new VPS and thanks for you speedy help. I am already impressed by the level of service, the fast replies to email and the fact that standard setup for webmin is using ssl ! Its a Sunday here in Indonesia, I never dreamed that I could achieve the purchase and setup all within the couple of hours you guys have delivered in. And that was with problems at my end with payments! Access seems fast even on my slow connection speed, wow. Again, thanks and good job!

Update 1230 UTC: All services should be responding normally now. If you are seeing an issue please contact support
Update 1220 UTC: All servers are back up. Some hosts are still starting VPSs however.
Update 1200 UTC: Maintenance is proceeding as expected, thank you for your patience.
Update 1125 UTC: Just a heads up that this maintenance will be starting in 5 minutes

Date: Saturday April 7 2012
Start Time: 11:30PM NZST

During this maintenance we will be moving all of our machines at the Auckland datacenter on to new Power Distribution Units (PDUs). As there have been concerns over the reliability of the PDUs we have decided to replace them with a more reliable unit.

This involves stopping all running VPSs, powering down the physical hosts and then having them plugged into the new PDUs.

During this time all servers will be unavailable.

The actual change over to the new PDUs is estimated to take 5-15 minutes. It may take 20-45 minutes for the physical hosts and VPSs to start up after that.
