Changing Who Owns A Server

Do you need to transfer ownership of your RimuHosting server to someone else?

If you have just the one server they can log in at http://rimuhosting.com/cp (using your username/password) and update their contact details.  Then they would need to contact us and let us know that they are taking over the server.

If you do not want that new user to have your old billing history, or if you have multiple servers with us and only wish to transfer one server then we can move the ownership of a particular server to a different user.

To do this, the new user needs to have an account in our system.  Point them at this page and have them:
* register at https://rimuhosting.com/cp/register.jsp
* then set their contact details at https://rimuhosting.com/cp/contactdetails.jsp
* and, if they are going to be paying by credit card, enter their cc details at https://rimuhosting.com/cp/billingdetails.jsp .

When they have finished registering, have them pop in a support ticket at http://rimuhosting.com/ticket/startticket.jsp and notify us you will be transferring a server to their account.

You then also put in a support ticket (on the account owning the VPS you are transferring) authorizing us to move the server ownership to the new customer.
