Our monitoring has detected some drive health issues on the host2.bakop.com server.

We have replaced one drive, but another drive in the RAID array is giving poor performance.

We are making a backup of the data on the server.  And then we will replace the other failed drive.  While the backup is running the host2.bakop.com server will be unavailable.  With a single drive failure there would typically be no downtime.  With multiple drive issues we are taking a more cautious approach to to everything possible to preserve data, even if it does mean service availability is affected.

Update 21:00 UTC: host2.bakop.com is running, we are still working on the raid to get that sorted.

Update 21:59 UTC: The host raid set is now operating correctly and have not had any further issues.  We will be moving host2.bakop.com back on Sunday the 27th at 22:00 UTC.

Update 23:08 UTC: This work has been resheduled for the 4th August at 22:00 UTC.
Update 22:38 UTC: We are starting the move of the server back to the raid.
Update 21:05 UTC: Move is now complete and host2.bakop.com is now back online.
Update 21:02 UTC: We are about to moving the drives for host2.bakok.com to a new chassis.  The server will be offline during the move.  We expect this to take 30min to complete.
Update 03:13 UTC: All work is now complete and host2.bakop.com is now functioning as expected.  We will continue to monitor the server.
