"This appears to have been due to a DDoS attack on an upstream provider - all should be running as normal now; let us know if you need an incident report." Update @UTC1150 Seems to be clearing up. We will update this notice with any further information. We are seeing packet loss on some non-NZ traffic heading to the Auckland data center. The packet loss seems to be around Vocus. We are having our upstreams investigate. Note the issue does not currently appear to affect NZ-to-NZ traffic, nor traffic from the Auckland datacenter outbound from NZ. # |
