Thu, 26 Nov 2015 00:32 AM UTC: Detail: We were updating network rules on hosts during routine work. The change should not have been customer affecting. It appears the change triggered a kernel panic and a server restart on a small number of machines. We are modifying the update script to avoid this in future. A number of host servers restarted, We will update this notice once we have more details of what caused this issue. All VPS's should be back up and running, if you are still having issues please submit a support ticket. # |
