Host where the staff takes pride in making customers happy

The main reason I wish to move my sites back to RIMU is the support, I think since this was my first web experience I took that for granted. If [the host I moved to] had any sort of support, I would simply stick with that.

UPDATE: Engineers have successfully resolved the issue an confirmed that service has been fully restored.
If you still experience issues, kindly fill in an ticket and provide as much details as you can. Please include traceroute and mtr (with at least 100 packets sent) reports - our upstream providers require that in order to escalate the ticket upstream.

We received the following mesage from our datacenter staff:
TierPoint is experiencing network connectivity issues at our Dallas data center that may be impacting your service. Engineers have not yet been able to determine the cause and continue troubleshooting.

We will provide updates once we receive them.
