Fri, 31 Jul 2026 01:00 AM UTC: We have been made aware of a traffic flood against a neighboring New Zealand network that has since subsided. This caused congestion on key national and international uplinks which resulted in the packet loss we saw. This affected both of our NZ sites sites.

We will continue to monitor and review our network resilience options.
